About the Role
VRIZE is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a store associate clienteling product for a major US speciality retailer. You will define the product vision, requirements, priorities and release scope, working closely with the client’s business, store, product and technology stakeholders.
This is a hands on product leadership role. You will work onsite in New York and partner closely with a Lead UI/UX Designer and the client’s engineering and architecture teams.
What You Will Own

Define product vision, objectives, roadmap and release priorities for the clienteling experience.

Drive product discovery with business leaders, store associates and technology stakeholders.

Translate business needs into clear product requirements, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog using a clear and defensible framework.

Lead scope and prioritization decisions across three release waves within the 22 week program.

Act as the primary product intake point and bring competing stakeholder priorities to clear decisions.

Maintain product decision, dependency, risk and issue registers and drive open items to closure.

Partner with design to keep the experience and design runway ahead of engineering delivery.

Validate delivered features against approved requirements and support release and rollout readiness.

Work across POS, CRM, loyalty, product catalog, inventory and order management integrations.
Must Have
-
8+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in retail.

Proven experience owning or delivering a clienteling product or capability in a retail environment.

Experience with store facing or associate facing applications used on the sales floor.

Strong understanding of client books, customer outreach, attribution, associate adoption and retail selling workflows.

Hands on experience working with store leadership, district or regional teams and frontline associates.

Strong product discovery, requirements, backlog management and prioritization skills.

Experience working in a matrixed or client delivery environment without direct authority over engineering teams.

Strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, data quality and event driven systems.

Experience with AI enabled recommendations or decision support, including explainability and confidence considerations.

Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to drive decisions across senior stakeholders.
Good to Have

Experience in apparel, luxury or specialty retail.

Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Mad Mobile, Tulip, Endear or comparable retail platforms.

Experience with all store rollout and retail change management.

Multi brand or multi banner product experience.

Prior consulting or client facing delivery experience.

Location and Work Authorization

Must be based in the New York metropolitan area or relocate before joining.

Must be available to work onsite at the client location five days a week.

Occasional visits to stores within the New York metropolitan area may be required.

US work authorization is required. Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.
