About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key product initiatives across our marketplace platform and AI-powered solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams to identify opportunities, solve customer problems, and drive measurable business impact. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and delivering solutions that improve both customer experience and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong product fundamentals, data-driven decision making, and an AI-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

Own product roadmap and feature prioritization for key business initiatives.
Translate customer needs, business goals, and operational challenges into scalable product solutions.
Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch and iteration.
Create product requirements, user stories, workflows, and success metrics.

User Experience & Customer Insights

Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, needs, and pain points.
Drive improvements in user experience through research, experimentation, and feedback analysis.
Identify opportunities to increase conversion, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.

AI & Automation

Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Partner with Engineering teams to develop AI-powered features and workflow automation solutions.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their practical business applications.

Data & Analytics

Analyze product performance, user behavior, and business metrics to guide decision-making.
Define KPIs and measure the impact of product initiatives.
Use data to prioritize opportunities and continuously improve outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.
Balance customer needs, operational realities, and business objectives.

Qualifications

Required

5+ years of Product Management experience.
Proven track record of shipping customer-facing products and driving measurable business results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Preferred

Experience in Marketplace, E-commerce, SaaS, Logistics, FoodTech, or Operations Technology.
Experience working with AI-powered products, automation tools, or data-driven platforms.
Familiarity with:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
AI Agents
Prompt Engineering
Workflow Automation
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar technologies to improve productivity and product development.
