Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications and services.

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, architects, technical leads, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from design and development through deployment and support.

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

• Develop technical specifications, effort estimates, and implementation plans.

• Apply software engineering best practices, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), code reviews, and security standards.

• Contribute to architecture discussions and technology decisions that support long-term business and system growth.

• Research and implement new technologies to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

• 7+ years of software development experience, including full SDLC experience in large-scale production environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Java

  and

  Spring Boot

  .

• Experience developing cloud-based solutions using

  Microsoft Azure

  .

• Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise applications and platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Full Stack development experience.

• Experience with iOS and Android development.

• Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.

• Databricks and Power BI.

• Microservices architecture.

• Kafka or other event-driven messaging platforms.
