Job description

Role Summary

A senior individual-contributor engineer building and maintaining the native iOS and Android apps. This person operates autonomously, taking features from design through delivery with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the native iOS (SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin) applications.

  • Deliver features independently, from design through release.

  • Ensure quality, performance, and a strong patient experience across both platforms.

  • Take over operational support for the existing applications, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise.

  • Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, operating autonomously at a senior level.

  • Native iOS development with Swift and native Android development with Kotlin.

  • Proven ability to own and deliver mobile features end to end.

  • Experience using AI as part of the SDLC preferably Claude Code or Codex to write, review, and ship code.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity of Cloud environment (GCP and Azure).

  • Healthcare and clinical domain experience
