Senior Software Engineer (Platform Foundation)

• Our Cases Product Engineering team is in search of a Senior Platform Foundation Engineer who will lead the charge in architecting the core capabilities that power EvenUp’s entire platform! • Working closely with our talented engineering squad, you’ll spearhead the evolution of our platform architecture while paving the way for future innovations

• Actively engage in the full project lifecycle across the stack, with full ownership from conception to deployment and iteration

• Architect and build the core infrastructure to manage large, high-throughput flows of data across our systems

• Enable other engineering teams by building core platform functionality, including APIs, data export, and streaming capabilities

• Design for configurability, giving teams across the organization the flexibility to build on top of the platform without reinventing it

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product owners, and designers to develop efficient, innovative solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

• Document technical interface requirements and convert specifications into technical designs

• Optimize platform performance, reliability, and security to ensure the entire system runs smoothly at scale

• Versatile Skillset: Fluent in multiple programming languages, with proficiency in TypeScript and Python preferred
