You will work closely with other members of the engineering and development team, as well as colleagues in manufacturing operations, customer service, and marketing. The right candidate will enjoy solving practical business problems, working directly with internal users, and seeing the real-world impact of their work.
What you’ll do

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom internal software applications.
-
Develop new applications and enhance existing systems using C#/.NET, ASP.NET, SQL, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
-
Work independently with internal users to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
-
Support manufacturing applications and integrations that are important to production uptime and operational efficiency.
-
Troubleshoot production issues and communicate clearly with affected users throughout the resolution process.
-
Develop and support integrations involving NetSuite, call-center systems, marketing platforms such as HubSpot, on-premises SQL databases, and other business applications.
-
Learn and develop within the NetSuite architecture, including SuiteScript and RESTlet-based integrations.
-
Test changes thoroughly and participate in required peer code reviews before deployment.
-
Create practical, maintainable technical documentation.
-
Use Git for source control and Jira for project planning and work tracking.
-
Help improve system reliability, manufacturing uptime, operational efficiency, and internal user confidence.
-
Occasionally communicate with vendors regarding software, equipment, integrations, or technical support.
What you bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
-
Approximately 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
-
Working knowledge of:
-
C# and .NET
-
ASP.NET
-
SQL and relational databases
-
Git source control
-
Visual Studio and VS Code
-
At least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, or Angular
-
-
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in business-critical production systems.
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with developers and business stakeholders.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
A thoughtful approach to testing, peer review, deployment, and documentation.
-
Ability to communicate progress, set expectations, and maintain user confidence during projects and issue resolution.
-
Willingness to learn unfamiliar systems, technologies, and business processes.
Experience that would be an advantage
The following experience is valuable but not required:
-
NetSuite development, including SuiteScript, RESTlets, or ERP integrations
-
AWS or other cloud platforms
-
Manufacturing systems or industrial automation
-
Integrations with CNC equipment, robotics, conveyors, or other production technology
-
Call-center or telecommunications integrations
-
