We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our team in the material handling industry. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge software solutions for automation, supply chain, and warehouse operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that enhances efficiency and performance in real-time industrial environments.

Design, develop, and maintain software applications for material handling systems.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.

Implement scalable and efficient software solutions, ensuring reliability and performance.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications for industrial automation.

Write well-structured, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

Conduct unit and integration testing to validate software functionality.

Contribute to software documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and change logs.

Support software integration with hardware components, including warehouse automation systems.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2 - 5+ years of professional software development experience.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

Experience with version control systems such as Azure TFS or Git.

Knowledge of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in industrial automation, supply chain, or material handling industries.

Hands-on experience with warehouse software, including WMS, WES, or WCS.

Familiarity with real-time software systems and embedded development.

Experience with frontend frameworks.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $ 76,500 - 105,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
