ROLE SUMMARY

Lead onsite technical delivery and coordination of the BusinessEvents 5.5→6.4 upgrade and RHEL 7→9 migration across discovery, wave planning, refactoring, testing, cutover, rollback, hypercare, and stabilization.

Lead onsite technical delivery and coordination of the BusinessEvents 5.5→6.4 upgrade and RHEL 7→9 migration across discovery, wave planning, refactoring, testing, cutover, rollback, hypercare, and stabilization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Own the integrated plan for the BusinessEvents and RHEL workstreams, including sequencing, dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria.

2 Coordinate client stakeholders with offshore TIBCO and RHEL pods through leadership syncs, readiness reviews, and go/no-go decisions.

3 Govern five-wave application migration, side-by-side server rebuilds, CI/CD deployments, parallel-run validation, cutover, rollback, and hypercare.

4 Ensure final BusinessEvents waves land on the hardened RHEL 9 platform and operational documentation is accepted

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

TIBCO BusinessEvents; RHEL/Linux; EMS; Java; SQL/JDBC; migration planning; Jenkins; Terraform; Ansible; Datadog; cutover and production support.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
