What awaits you:

Understand the compliance handbook and actively support the development, communication and all compliance activity
Support all plans and site activities related to the management of quality and environment systems
Responsible for the operational balance sheet and reconciliations including investigation and reporting of irregularities
Coordinates the gathering of information and processes accounts for the Month end close process
Assist Program Mgt. In costing of new products/programs
Assist Controller in Month-end packages
Administers Textron Enterprise Programs ie: Ariba, Captura, etc
Process's all payables, including record keeping of these transactions, for Finance Department within the facility
Ensure that purchase ledgers are administered efficiently and accurately with all payments being made on time

Qualifications

What you’ll need to succeed:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field
Good understanding of Excel/ ERP
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Accounting knowledge
