Role Description
The Account Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact, and ensuring that client needs are understood and addressed in alignment with Hellence’s life sciences focus. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project deliverables, preparing presentations and reports, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, medical, and operations. The Account Executive will support brand strategies, contribute to campaign planning and execution, and help identify opportunities to grow client accounts. The role also involves maintaining clear communication, managing timelines and budgets, and proactively resolving issues to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
Qualifications

Client relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to build trust, understand client goals, and maintain long-term partnerships.

Project coordination and organizational skills, including experience managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear presentations, reports, and updates for internal teams and clients.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including interpreting performance data and identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns and account performance.

Understanding of or strong interest in the life sciences or healthcare sector, with the ability to quickly learn industry concepts and terminology.

Proficiency with common business and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms) and comfort working in a hybrid environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Previous experience in account management, client services, or a similar role within marketing, agency, or healthcare environments is preferred.
