Job Title: Account Manager / VIP Client Relationship Manager

Location: Via Riyadh and Laysen Valley

Company: Group of high-end restaurants

Starting salary: SAR 6,000 plus FREE room, transportation, 1 duty meal OR SAR 8,000 full package, live out

Job Summary: The Account Manager / VIP Client Relationship Manager looks after our VIP guests and corporate clients. The role is to build strong relationships, give a personal and high-quality experience at every visit, and help grow repeat business for the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and keep strong, long-term relationships with VIP guests, corporate clients, and key accounts.

• Be the main point of contact for VIP clients: handle their reservations, special requests, private dining, and events.

• Work with the restaurant, kitchen, and service teams to make sure every VIP guest receives excellent and personal service.

• Keep a clear record of VIP guest details, preferences, and visit history, and use it to give a personal experience each time.

• Find new corporate clients and business opportunities, and work to grow sales and repeat bookings.

• Follow up with clients after each visit or event, collect feedback, and solve any problems quickly and politely.

• Prepare simple reports on client activity, sales, and feedback for the line manager, and perform other related tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in client relations, sales, or account management, preferably in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality business.

• Very good spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Professional appearance, polite manner, good communication skills, and the ability to keep guest information private.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
