Accountant & Audit Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant / Audit Assistant to join our growing audit firm in Dubai. In this role, you will support our senior auditors, review client financial data, and help prepare audit schedules.No CPA license is required for this position. We welcome applications from accounting graduates and junior accountants who have a strong foundation in accounting principles, high accuracy, and excellent Excel skills.Key Responsibilities

• Review client transactions, bank reconciliations, and financial records for accuracy.

• Prepare draft financial statements and audit working papers under senior supervision.

• Organize and maintain audit files and client documentation.

• Coordinate directly with clients to gather necessary financial books and vouchers.

• Assist in ensuring client records comply with local regulations and UAE corporate tax laws.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (familiarity with Philippine accounting curricula or similar frameworks is a plus).

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar junior audit role.

• Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English is required. Ability to speak Tagalog is highly advantageous for coordinating with specific client portfolios.

• Technical Skills: Excellent command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally).

• Availability: Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates and available to start immediately or on short notice.
