Job description
Summary of position: The Accountant’s role is to ensure that the Operations team provides consistent, high-quality, cost-effective and timely deliverables and products to our customers. The Accountant will analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. This role is fully based out of the Milwaukee, WI office.

Cash Management

Bank Reconciliations

Accounts Payable
-
Accounts Receivable

Job Costing Analysis

Sales and Use Tax Return

Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data

Presenting data to managers
-
Conducting administrative general data entry and processing as needed to assist Arch Solar, Operations provide quality service to our customers

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Education:
-
High School Diploma or Equivalent, required

Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
Preferred experience and/or training:
-
Experience working in MS Office
-
3-5 years of experience in Accounting or related field (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organization skills
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Experience managing cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
-
Experience with financial audits and tax compliance
-
Experience creating and analyzing KPI’s, dashboards, and operational metrics
Required Licenses/Certificates:
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record, required
Technology/Equipment:
-
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), required

Experience working in CMiC, preferred
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
