Job Description

Aspire Mechanical & Electrical Services LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 3–5 years of UAE experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.

Handle UAE Corporate Tax calculations, filing, and compliance.

Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.

Prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Perform bank reconciliations and supplier/customer account reconciliations.

Monitor outstanding payments, receivables, and payables.

Manage invoices, receipts, payments, petty cash, and general ledger entries.

Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and audit requirements.

Ensure compliance with applicable UAE accounting and taxation requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE is mandatory.

Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax requirements.

Practical experience in VAT return preparation and filing.

Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in preparing Profit and Loss statements and balance sheets.

Strong working knowledge of Tally and ERP accounting software, particularly PACT ERP.

Experience with other accounting software will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
