P-1-N-A-Y Female Accountant cum HR

Job description :

Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee-related matters.
Support company policies and HR documentation.
Assist the finance team with basic accounting, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and financial records.
Prepare basic reports and provide general administrative support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and good understanding of accounting.
Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/HR software.
