Accountant, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are recruiting four finance professionals for a hospital group in Riyadh. All four roles sit within the same finance function and report into the finance leadership team.

Revenue & AR Accountant

Own day-to-day revenue and receivables accounting and act as the finance point of contact for the revenue cycle management team. Responsibilities cover revenue recognition and completeness, weekly AR ageing by payer category, denial and rejection tracking, DSO and collections monitoring, AR sub-ledger to GL reconciliation, and bad debt provisioning.

Treasury Analyst

Support treasury operations through the daily cash position report and the weekly 13-week rolling cash flow forecast. The role also covers outgoing bank transfers, WPS salary files, GOSI and ZATCA payment schedules, daily bank reconciliations, cashier reconciliations, and maintenance of the bank account register.

Cost Analyst

Analyse hospital cost structures and service-line economics. Work includes maintaining cost allocation methodologies, developing unit-cost measures such as cost per patient day and per procedure, preparing department, service-line and physician profitability analyses, and supporting budgets, forecasts and monthly variance commentary.

Financial Controller

Lead financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, internal controls and audit coordination across the group.

What we are looking for

Two to five years of relevant experience for the Revenue & AR, Treasury and Cost Analyst roles. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics. Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare provider or RCM environment is a requirement rather than a preference for all four positions. Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion or a comparable ERP, along with strong Excel skills. SOCPA, CMA, ACCA or CIMA qualifications are welcome, including part-qualified candidates. Arabic is an advantage.

All roles are based in Riyadh on a full-time, on-site basis. Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama will be prioritised.
