Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist with accounting tasks and perform accurate data entry to ensure our financial records are up-to-date and error-free.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter financial transactions into the company’s accounting software (Focus -10).

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial data.

  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

  • Organize and manage accounting files and documentation.

  • Provide support to the accounting team in daily tasks.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Focus & QuickBooks).

  • Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
