Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding payments.

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.

• Maintain petty cash records and monitor expenses.

• Assist with VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.

• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and support audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Previous experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.

• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and basic accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
