Job Summary:-

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented accounting professional to oversee the company's financial operations and support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, accounting processes, compliance requirements, and financial controls while leading and supporting the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate monthly financial statements and management reports.

• Managing the general ledger and ensuring proper account reconciliations.

• Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.

• Coordinating internal and external audits.

• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Corporate tax and VAT compliance.

• Identifying process improvements and strengthening internal controls.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 2 years Independant in Accounts,

• Proven experience in managing and developing finance and accounting teams.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, taxation, and internal controls.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,800.00 per month
