ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST — FLORIDA

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support our daily financial operations. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices, payments, and expense records
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Maintain accurate financial records
Assist with payroll and financial reporting
Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing
Support month-end closing activities

Qualifications

Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred
