Accountant

Saudi Icon Company is a leading fit-out and construction solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, established in 2011. We specialize in interior design, fit-out construction, joinery, furniture, and electro-mechanical works, delivering complete solutions from concept to completion.

We are looking for a talented Saudi Accountant to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

Petty cash

1. Handle daily petty cash disbursements

2. Verify supporting documents and approvals

3. Maintain petty cash log and balance

4. Prepare petty cash replenishment reports

5. Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies

7. Assist with expense recording during month-end

VAT reports

1. Prepare VAT returns and Zakat/Income tax filings

2. Maintain tax records and documentation

3. Review transactions for tax compliance

4. Payroll support

Related party transactions

1. Handle all related party transactions

2. back charge and invoicing related party

3. related part reconciliation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

• Good command of English.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel

• Prefer to join immediately.
