  • Audit & Internal Controls:

Lead the coordination of year-end audits and internal audit reviews. Proactively implement corrective actions to strengthen the internal control environment.

  • Operational Oversight:

Oversee weekly bank reconciliations and income audits to ensure robust cash flow management.

  • Commercial Insight:

Support the budget and forecasting processes. Provide the CFO and senior management with commercial insights and drive cost-control initiatives across various residential projects.

  • Leadership & Mentorship:

Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members and graduates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Experience:

Previous experience in a fast-paced finance environment. While a background in residential construction or property is an advantage, we welcome candidates from diverse sectors (e.g., hospitality or professional services) who possess strong transferable skills.

  • Skills:

Exceptional analytical ability, high attention to detail, and the communication skills necessary to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Drive:

A self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to improve existing processes.
