2. About the Opportunity
: The
AP Accountant II
role involves independent management of complex accounts payable activities across multiple entities. The position requires exercising judgment in handling exceptions and reconciliations, managing vendor relationships, and supporting month-end close processes. This role contributes by ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable functions, resolving issues proactively, and supporting the development of junior colleagues.
3. Responsibilities
:

Manage assigned accounts payable activities independently without regular direction

Handle complex or non-standard invoices and exceptions using judgment

Own outcomes related to exceptions, reconciliations, and open items
-
Maintain vendor relationships by responding to queries and resolving disputes

Identify and escalate issues clearly when necessary

Support month-end close activities including reconciliations and aging reviews
-
Share knowledge and support development of junior AP staff
-
Recognize and raise recurring issues proactively
4. Requirements
:
-
7+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years focused on Accounts Payable in an international or multi-entity environment
-
Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle AP activities
-
Experience with vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end processes
-
Proficient in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
-
Comfortable with multi-currency transactions and multiple legal entities
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
-
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Additional language skills relevant to entity coverage
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package
:
- Base Compensation Range $75,000—$100,000 USD
