About Us

The Privé Group is a vertically integrated Dubai based real estate and hospitality company managing over 300 residences across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, with business lines spanning holiday home management, property brokerage and interior fit out.

Role Overview

We are hiring an Accountant to take ownership of day to day bookkeeping across our group entities. The role suits a hands on finance professional who is confident in Zoho Books and comfortable in a fast moving hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile daily booking revenue from Airbnb, Booking.com and direct guest channels

  • Post supplier invoices, utility charges and maintenance costs to the correct property or cost centre

  • Prepare and file UAE VAT returns, including recoverable and non recoverable VAT treatment

  • Maintain landlord and owner statements, including revenue share and expense recovery

  • Perform bank, Stripe and cash reconciliations

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances

  • Support month end closing, management reporting and audit requirements

  • Maintain accurate records in line with UAE FTA regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance

  • Minimum 2 years UAE accounting experience

  • Working knowledge of Zoho Books is essential

  • Sound understanding of UAE VAT and FTA filing requirements

  • Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines

  • Available to join immediately

Preferred

  • Experience in real estate, holiday homes or hospitality accounting

  • Familiarity with OTA payout reconciliation
