  • Daily Balancing (30%)

    • Reconciling daily transactions

    • Prepare and post journal entries

  • Accounts Payable (10%)

    • Invoice processing

    • Weekly accounts payable processing

  • Month End (5%)

    • Month end journal entries

    • Prepare balance sheet reconciliation

  • Other (5%)

    • Escheat and staled dated financial instruments

    • Keeping procedures up to date

• Risk Compliance (50%)

  • Compliance (30%)

    • CTRs

    • SARs

    • OFAC Checks

    • BSA Monitoring

  • Fraud (15%)

    • SimpliRisk fraud alerts and cases

    • File maintenance reviews

    • Dormant account reviews

    • External Transfer reviews

  • Internal Audit (5%)

    • New Account audits

    • Loan audits
