Your mission
You are a foundational member of our engineering team, orchestrating the design of the "muscles" behind our physical AI. You will develop high-performance devices that convert energy into precise, human-like motion, ensuring our robots achieve industrial-grade reliability and fluid movement.
Key responsibilities

End-to-End Design:
Lead the mechanical architecture of high-torque linear and rotary actuators, optimizing for maximum power density and compact assembly.

Advanced Simulation:
Leverage FEA and CFD to conduct rigorous structural and thermal analyses to ensure performance in extreme operational environments.

Mechatronic Integration:
Strategically select and integrate BLDC motors, high-resolution encoders, and precision gears & bearings.

Validation Rigor:
Design comprehensive testing protocols, including vibration analysis and accelerated life-cycle testing, to guarantee durability
Your profile
We seek builders ready to move beyond demos to real-world deployment - professionals who value precision and reliability as much as innovation.

Experience:
5+ years in high-performance robotics or aerospace, with deep expertise in classical mechanics and tribology.

Core Skills:

Mastery of CAD
(Catia & Fusion360) and
FEA
packages (Simulia Abaqus).

DFM/DFA proficiency:
Deep knowledge in hightech product design (ideally Robotics), thermal management, and DFM/DFA for series production.
