Your mission

You are a foundational member of our engineering team, orchestrating the design of the "muscles" behind our physical AI. You will develop high-performance devices that convert energy into precise, human-like motion, ensuring our robots achieve industrial-grade reliability and fluid movement.

Key responsibilities

  • End-to-End Design:

    Lead the mechanical architecture of high-torque linear and rotary actuators, optimizing for maximum power density and compact assembly.

  • Advanced Simulation:

    Leverage FEA and CFD to conduct rigorous structural and thermal analyses to ensure performance in extreme operational environments.

  • Mechatronic Integration:

    Strategically select and integrate BLDC motors, high-resolution encoders, and precision gears & bearings.

  • Validation Rigor:

    Design comprehensive testing protocols, including vibration analysis and accelerated life-cycle testing, to guarantee durability

Your profile

We seek builders ready to move beyond demos to real-world deployment - professionals who value precision and reliability as much as innovation.

  • Experience:

    5+ years in high-performance robotics or aerospace, with deep expertise in classical mechanics and tribology.

  • Core Skills:

  • Mastery of CAD

    (Catia & Fusion360) and

    FEA

    packages (Simulia Abaqus).

  • DFM/DFA proficiency:

    Deep knowledge in hightech product design (ideally Robotics), thermal management, and DFM/DFA for series production.

  • Product Design Experience:

    Deep knowledge in hightech product design (ideally Robotics), thermal management, and DFM/DFA for series production.

  • Mindset:

  • Collaborative Communicator: bridge the gap between mechanical, electrical, and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.

  • Results-Oriented Designer: Professional with a "hands-on" mindset who enjoys troubleshooting prototypes and refining designs based on empirical test data.
