Our client is a very fast-growing Saudi-focused advisory firm that serves as a gateway for private capital into the Saudi real estate market, which recently opened to foreign ownership in January 2026. The firm works with families, private investors, companies, and family offices, providing end-to-end support from initial consultation through post-purchase aftercare.

Their core services span six areas: real estate acquisition, company setup, Premium Residency, digital identity enrolment, structuring and tax, and long-term aftercare including property management and resale.

Our client focuses on properties in four Saudi cities—Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah—each with distinct investment theses, and holds offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Casablanca, and Paris.

The company differentiates itself by maintaining one point of contact throughout the client journey, coordinating with clients’ existing advisers, and staying involved for years after the deed is signed.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-centric After-Sales Customer Representative to manage the post-purchase journey for our B2C real estate clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients who have recently purchased properties in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, or Madinah.

This role is critical in ensuring a seamless ownership transition. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the administrative labyrinth of Saudi real estate, managing payment schedules (deposits and installments), and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. This is a fully remote position requiring a self-starter attitude and absolute reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management

– Serve as the dedicated point of contact for B2C clients post-purchase, providing support in English, Arabic, and French.

– Conduct onboarding calls to welcome new owners and explain the next steps of the ownership process.

– Manage client expectations regarding timelines for title deeds, handover, and registration.

• Financial & Payment Management

– Monitor and manage payment schedules, ensuring the initial deposit has cleared and subsequent installments are tracked.

– Send polite but firm reminders regarding upcoming payment deadlines to ensure zero defaults.

– Coordinate with the finance department to confirm receipt of funds and update client ledgers.

– Assist clients with documentation required for mortgage releases or bank transfers related to the installments.

• Documentation & Process Administration

– Guide clients through the necessary paperwork for property transfer and registration in Saudi Arabia (including Ejar, Real Estate Registry, and Ministry of Housing portals).

– Collect, verify, and organize digital documents (IDs, proof of payment, signed contracts) from clients.

– Liaise internally with legal and sales teams to ensure contracts are executed correctly.

– Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transaction statuses in the CRM system.

• Issue Resolution

– Troubleshoot issues related to delayed payments or missing documentation.

– Escalate complex legal or compliance issues to the relevant internal departments.

– Provide regular status updates to clients to reduce anxiety and build trust during the ownership transfer process.

Requirements

– Linguistic Fluency: Native or professional fluency in Arabic, English, and French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

– Experience: Proven experience in Customer Service, After-Sales Support, or Account Management.

– Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Saudi Real Estate market, specifically the purchasing process in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, or Madinah.

– Technical Skills:

– Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

– Comfortable using cloud-based document signing tools (e.g., DocuSign) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

– Strong Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills.

– Soft Skills:

– Extreme Organization: You are managing multiple payment deadlines and documents; attention to detail is non-negotiable.

– Communication: Ability to explain complex legal and financial processes simply and clearly.

– Patience: Ability to handle stressed clients with empathy and professionalism.

– Self-Discipline: Proven ability to work effectively in a 100% remote environment without direct supervision.
