Role: Salesforce Agentforce Solution Architect

Job Description:

Looking for a hands-on Salesforce Agentforce Solution Architect to design and build AI agents for sales use cases. The role will involve Agentforce agent configuration, Salesforce automation, Data Cloud, integrations, testing, deployment, and client-facing demos/workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build Agentforce agents, including topics, instructions, actions, and guardrails.

Develop supporting automation using Salesforce Flow and Apex on Sales Cloud.

Configure Salesforce Data Cloud for data ingestion, calculated insights, and triggers.

Integrate Salesforce and Agentforce with external systems using APIs.

Test, tune, deploy, and support Agentforce agents in production.

Participate in live demos and client workshops.

Must-Have Skills:

Agentforce Specialist Certification

Data Cloud Consultant Certification

Agentforce Solution Architect experience

Strong hands-on Salesforce / Sales Cloud

Agentforce AI agents, topics, actions, instructions & guardrails

Data Cloud

Flow & Apex

Salesforce/API integrations

Experience designing AI agents for sales use cases
