** Job Summary: **
The Agiloft Engineer designs, configures, and supports Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and workflow solutions to meet defined business requirements. This role builds and maintains Agiloft modules, business rules, forms, automated workflows, integrations, and reporting to enable compliant, efficient business processes. The position partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, executes deployments through development, test, and production environments, and provides operational support and troubleshooting. This role contributes to platform standards, documentation, and release practices to ensure reliable performance, security, and maintainability. Key responsibilities include writing custom scripts (JavaScript, Groovy), managing API integrations, designing database schemas, and providing technical support.
** Job Duties: **

Gathers and documents functional and technical requirements for Agiloft enhancements and new capabilities

Configures Agiloft objects, fields, layouts, forms, permissions, and roles

Develops workflows, business rules, validations, notifications, and automation scripts within Agiloft

Builds and maintains integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, and file-based interfaces

Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support business operations and leadership needs

Performs unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing coordination for releases

Troubleshoots incidents and defects, performs root-cause analysis, and implements corrective actions

Maintains technical documentation, configuration standards, and release notes

Supports data loads, data quality checks, and environment refresh activities

Partners with Information Security and stakeholders to implement access controls, auditability, and compliance requirements

** Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: **
Education

High school diploma / GED, required

Bachelor’s degree, preferred

Focus in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Business Analytics, preferred
Experience
-
Four (4) or more years of configuring or developing on the Agiloft platform, required
-
Four (4) or more years of developing workflow or case management solutions (configuration, automation, and role-based security), required

Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, required
-
Experience supporting CLM, legal operations, procurement, or service management use cases, preferred
-
Experience with SQL for data validation and reporting, preferred
Certifications
-
Agiloft certification (Administrator or Developer), preferred

ITIL Foundation, preferred
Licensure

Software

Agiloft CLM/Workflow platform, required

Postman or equivalent API testing tool, preferred

Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab, preferred

Microsoft Excel (advanced functions for data validation), required

Strong requirements translation skills from business process to configuration and automation specifications

Strong troubleshooting skills across configuration, integrations, and data issues

Ability to manage multiple tickets and project tasks with defined deadlines

Ability to write clear technical documentation and release communications

Knowledge of access controls, audit trails, and change management practices for enterprise platforms
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $100,000 - $120,000
Maryland Range: $100,000 - $120,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $100,000 - $120,000
