AI Growth Engineer — AI Agents, Video Generation & Social Media

About Us

Ideatrix is building AI-native consumer products, starting with AI Wolves, an AI-powered social deduction game featuring AI Hosts, AI Players, AI Assistants, dynamic gameplay, and advanced LLM-driven interactions.

We’re looking for a hands-on builder who combines engineering, creativity, and marketing instincts to help people discover and play our products. You’ll build AI-powered marketing systems, create promotional videos, manage social media accounts, and develop tools for influencer outreach.

What You’ll Do

  • Build AI marketing agents: Develop workflows for content research, campaign planning, copywriting, content repurposing, and performance analysis.

  • Create promotional videos: Use AI video generation and editing tools to turn gameplay, product features, and creative concepts into compelling short-form videos.

  • Manage social media accounts: Plan content calendars, publish posts, engage with communities, and grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

  • Build influencer outreach systems: Create tools to discover relevant creators, evaluate audience fit, personalize outreach, track responses, and manage collaborations.

  • Connect content to growth: Track views, engagement, clicks, installs, and player conversion to understand what drives results.

  • Prototype and ship quickly: Use AI coding tools to build internal tools, dashboards, and integrations that improve marketing productivity.

  • Own experiments end-to-end: Take ideas from concept through execution, measure results, and improve the next iteration.

Who We’re Looking For

Product and Growth Sense

  • Understands how to turn product features into compelling stories and campaigns.

  • Can identify target audiences and propose creative ways to reach them.

  • Balances speed, content quality, and measurable outcomes.

  • Takes ownership and makes progress with incomplete information.

AI-Powered Development

  • Uses AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini.

  • Can quickly learn unfamiliar tools and frameworks.

  • Enjoys building practical AI agents and automating repetitive workflows.

  • Reviews and tests AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, and reliability.

Technical Skills

  • Strong programming ability in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.

  • Experience with Git, GitHub, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.

  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, structured outputs, and tool calling.

  • Experience with workflow automation, social media APIs, analytics, or creator relationship management systems is a strong plus.

  • Experience with MCP, RAG, vector databases, or full-stack development is a plus.

Content and Social Media Skills

  • Comfortable creating short-form videos, writing hooks and captions, and adapting content to different platforms.

  • Experience with AI video, image, voice, or editing tools.

  • Interested in managing social accounts and engaging directly with players and creators.

  • Able to write personalized influencer outreach and organize follow-ups.

  • Understands the importance of authentic engagement, brand consistency, and platform rules.
