Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering and LLM-powered application development

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Azure, databases, and cloud deployments

• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI agents

• Experience integrating enterprise systems and APIs

• Experience setting up interactions using MCP (Model Context Protocol)

• Experience implementing retrieval and tool use patterns

• Experience deploying AI solutions on Azure

• Proven ability to take AI solutions from idea to functional Proofs of Concept quickly

• Proven ability to take AI Proofs of Concept to scalable production solutions

• Ability to work across solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment

• Experience leading technical discussions with clients and translating requirements into solutions

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in client-facing engagements

• Language(s): English (fluent)
