AI Engineer - Convo AI

• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated conversational AI models, including NLU, NLG, and dialogue management systems, to power intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants.

• Implement and fine-tune state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures for intent recognition, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis.

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for training and evaluating conversational AI models, ensuring data quality and scalability.

• Integrate conversational AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs, enabling seamless user experiences across various channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education & Experience

  �Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, #ArtificialIntelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  �4–8 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI, or Conversational AI development.

  �Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience building #LLM/ #GenerativeAI solutions.

  �Strong experience delivering AI solutions from development through production deployment.

  Required Technical Skills

  �Strong programming experience in #Python.

  �Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

  �Strong understanding of NLP, Machine Learning, and #ConversationalAI concepts.

  �Experience developing #RAG-based applications and knowledge-grounded AI solutions.

  �Experience with Prompt Engineering and #LLM evaluation.

  �Hands-on experience with #LangChain, #LangGraph, #LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.

  �Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.

  �Experience working with #RESTAPIs, #microservices, and cloud-based AI services.

  �Good understanding of #SQL and #NoSQL databases.

  �Experience with #Git, #CI/CD, #Docker, and #cloud platforms such as #Azure, #AWS, or GCP.
