Role Overview

Seeking a

Director, AI Strategy Architect

to lead AI solution development and transformation programs using cloud AI services.

Responsibilities Include

• Leading end-to-end AI projects to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making across industries.

• Advising senior stakeholders on AI strategies and roadmaps, positioning AI solutions as strategic enablers.

• Designing, architecting, and delivering multi-agent conversational AI systems and automation solutions with focus on quality, scalability, and security.

• Driving business development by identifying market opportunities, developing proposals, and securing new client engagements.

• Managing and mentoring cross-functional teams to promote technical excellence and professional growth.

• Collaborating with platform teams (Microsoft, Google, Salesforce) to develop AI capabilities within relevant ecosystems.

• Setting strategic vision for AI offerings, staying updated on AI advancements, and fostering innovation aligned with digital strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum eight years of experience in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud technology, with leadership roles in consulting or tech organizations.

• Advanced degree in computer science, data science, or related fields preferred; a Bachelor's degree is required.

• Deep expertise with Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud AI ecosystems, especially multi-agent systems like chatbots and virtual assistants.

• Proficiency in architecting AI-powered workflows, agentic AI, automation, and conversational AI integration with enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding of scaling AI solutions, ethical AI, MLOps, and delivering strategic, value-driven AI solutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate professionalism, and stay current with AI innovations.
