AI Engineer - Director

Role Overview:

The position involves leading AI strategy and solution development, acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients, and overseeing the design and delivery of conversational AI and automation solutions. The role includes driving business growth by identifying market opportunities, developing proposals, and fostering strategic partnerships. Responsibilities also encompass managing and mentoring cross-functional teams, collaborating with platform teams across major cloud providers, and setting a strategic vision for AI offerings aligned with digital strategies. Qualifications & Skills:

Requires at least eight years of experience in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud technologies, with leadership experience in consulting or tech organizations. An advanced degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related fields is preferred. Expertise in Microsoft's, AWS's, and Google's AI ecosystems, especially in designing multi-agent conversational AI, chatbots, and virtual assistants, is essential. Skills include architecting scalable AI solutions, integrating AI with enterprise systems, and practicing ethical AI and MLOps. Strong technical and business acumen, along with the ability to stay current on AI innovations, is vital.

Key Duties

• Lead end-to-end AI solutions and transformation programs to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Advise clients on AI strategies, roadmaps, and positioning KPMG's AI solutions as strategic enablers.

• Design, architect, and deliver multi-agent conversational AI systems integrated with enterprise workflows.

• Identify market opportunities, develop proposals, and secure new client engagements.

• Manage and mentor teams, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.

• Collaborate with cloud platform teams to enhance AI capabilities within ecosystems.

• Maintain knowledge of AI advancements, promote innovation, and ensure alignment with digital strategies.
