Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other machine learning tools, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.

• Lead model training, evaluation, and deployment processes across cloud platforms like AWS and machine learning cloud services to ensure scalability and robustness.

• Implement big data solutions utilizing Hadoop, Spark, Talend, and ETL pipelines for seamless data ingestion, transformation, and analysis.

• Develop statistical analysis tools using R, SAS, and Python to support research initiatives and predictive modeling analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems, ensuring smooth deployment and ongoing performance monitoring.

• Conduct statistical analysis for research purposes to validate model effectiveness and refine algorithms for improved accuracy.

• Drive innovation by exploring generative AI techniques, natural language processing applications, and quantum engineering concepts where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing AI models with a strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar.

• Extensive knowledge of big data systems including Hadoop, Spark implementation, SQL databases, and data mining techniques.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA, with experience in model deployment and scalability strategies.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or equivalent cloud services for deploying machine learning solutions.

• Strong background in statistical modeling, statistical analysis tools (R/SAS), data analytics, and predictive modeling analysis.

• Experience working with natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, and AI implementation strategies for enterprise applications.

• Ability to design database schemas for efficient data storage and retrieval; experience with database design is preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions in AI/ML-based analysis within large-scale environments.

Pay: $126,195.35 - $151,977.19 per year
