Build RAG pipelines, agents, and AI products on Claude and OpenAI — with evaluation harnesses that prove they work.

What you'll do

Design and ship LLM-powered features for client products
Build retrieval pipelines, agent workflows, and eval suites
Optimize model routing and inference costs
Prototype fast, then harden for production

What we're looking for

Strong Python or TypeScript engineering background
Hands-on LLM product experience (not just notebooks)
Understanding of retrieval, embeddings, and evaluation
Pragmatism about what AI should and shouldn't do
