About us
Praxa Tech builds custom ERPs for Australian manufacturers.
Most businesses are stuck paying rising subscriptions for software that half fits - inventory in one system, jobs in another, production on a whiteboard. We build one system that fits exactly how they actually operate: stock, production, sales orders, purchasing, quoting, invoicing and reporting, plugged into the accounting package they already use. They own it outright. No licences, no per-user fees.
We deliver exceptional quality and our clients tell us so. Every single customer we've delivered for has referred us to another business. That's the standard, and it's what this role protects.
Over 10 projects delivered. 10 more in flight. Over 30 in the pipeline behind them.
We only have one developer and that's the problem you fix.
The job:
Two things, on every project:

Check what we built is what the client actually asked for. You'll go through their discovery recordings, then the platform, and find the gap.

Test it properly before they see it. Every workflow, every screen, desktop and phone.
You:
→ You already build with AI tools, and you're always testing what the newest one can do
→ You want to be at the front of technology
→ You care about quality - "close enough" annoys you
→ You move fast without getting sloppy, and you know the difference
No degree needed. No QA experience needed. No coding needed.
Compensation:
$40/hour + super. 3 days a week from mid September.
Full-time role ready to start January 2027.
