We are hiring AI / Lead AI & Automation Engineer

Azizi Developments is a leading UAE-based private real estate developer with a growing portfolio of landmark residential and mixed-use developments. Our corporate functions play a critical role in supporting the Group’s strategy, growth, governance and long-term business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

A. AI Solution Development

• Design, build and deploy generative and agentic AI solutions, from prototype to live use, using platforms such as Azure Open AI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Claude.

• Build AI agents that support decisions through analysis, predictions and recommendations, as well as automating tasks.

• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that answer from Group documents such as contracts, SOPs, policies, tenders and manuals, in English and Arabic, with source references so users can verify the information.

• Develop solutions based on approved requirements and agree any changes or clarifications with the relevant stakeholders.

• Work closely with business users on site to understand their processes, support user testing and resolve issues after go-live.

B. Integration & Automation

• Automate end-to-end business processes using RPA and low-code platforms such as Power Automate or UiPath.

• Integrate AI solutions with Group business systems, such as ERP, CRM, CAFM, Microsoft 365 and other systems used across real estate, construction and manufacturing, using APIs and integration standards such as MCP.

• Ensure AI solutions include human approval before carrying out sensitive actions.

C. Quality, Security & Governance

• Test solutions before launch, and monitor their accuracy, cost and performance once live.

• Apply security and governance controls, including role-based access, data privacy, safeguards against misuse of AI (such as prompt injection and data leakage), and traceability of AI actions.

• Maintain version control, deployment practices (ML Ops / LLM Ops) and documentation for all solutions.

D. Standards & Collaboration

• Build reusable components, such as connectors, templates and prompts, and apply engineering standards and best practices across all AI solutions.

• Evaluate new AI tools, platforms and vendors, and advise on build-versus-buy options.

• Work with data, BI, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and application teams to make the right data available and deploy AI solutions securely and at scale.

• Work with vendors and contractors on technical delivery where external support is used.

• Support user training and AI awareness sessions.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related field.

• Master's degree is an advantage.
