AI/ML Engineer (Clinical Data Intelligence Platform)

About The Role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of clinical data intelligence platforms. You will work on TriClick™, our flagship AI platform that powers clinical trial automation.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement machine learning models for clinical data processing

• Build and optimize NLP pipelines for medical document understanding

• Develop AI agents for automated biostatistics workflows

• Collaborate with biostatisticians and domain experts to validate model outputs

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CDISC, FDA, HIPAA)

Requirements

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field

• 3+ years experience with modern ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

• Experience with NLP and large language models

• Strong Python programming skills

• Experience with clinical data or healthcare domain is a plus
