AI Product Manager Senior

Major Responsibilities

• Owns and manages the product backlog with ruthless prioritization to maximize value delivery

• Leads sprint planning ceremonies and agile rituals to ensure timely execution and team alignment

• Translates strategic vision into actionable user stories, epics, and technical requirements with clear acceptance criteria

• Partners directly with engineering teams to define architecture-aligned solutions and remove blockers

• Defines and tracks key performance indicators to measure feature adoption, user engagement, and clinical impact

• Coordinates cross-functional delivery with design, engineering, clinical operations, and compliance teams

• Ships features iteratively with focus on continuous delivery and rapid feedback loops

• Manages product launches and go-to-market coordination across implementation, support, and sales teams

• Maintains consistently shippable backlog through structured prioritization using value, risk, effort, and clinical impact criteria

Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge in IT or related field

Experience Required

5 years of software engineering or product management experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or related fields

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Demonstrated track record in designing, building, and iterating on end-to-end features and capabilities.

• Comfortable operating in a heavily matrixed organization and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong verbal communication and comfort speaking about work alongside senior stakeholders and executives.

• Ability to translate team vision into actionable product roadmaps that drive real-world results.

• Commitment to innovation, equity, and patient-centered care.
