AI Software Engineer III
Location: Cincinnati, OH / Farmington Hills, MI (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $70/hr on W2
Duration: 6 Months
Summary
We are seeking an AI Software Engineer III to join our AI Agentic Engineering team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building scalable backend services, APIs, and guardrail solutions for AI-driven systems.
Required Skills

5–8 years of software engineering experience.

Strong Python and TypeScript development experience.

Advanced AWS experience, particularly Lambda, Fargate, and API Gateway.

Strong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience.

Experience with scalable backend services and APIs.

Familiarity with LLM integration patterns, prompt injection detection, output filtering, and guardrails.

Experience with agentic or multi-agent systems.

Strong technical leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
