This role turns complex healthcare data into clear insights that help customers make informed decisions.
Youâll develop analytics, reports, visualizations, and data-driven narratives for healthcare organizations and other stakeholders.
The position combines analytical rigor, technical problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
Youâll work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver both recurring and customized analyses.
Youâll build deep expertise in the underlying data model while contributing to new analytics products and dashboards.

Accountabilities

Develop standard and ad hoc analytics and reports, adapting established data narratives to uncover actionable customer insights.

Analyze large relational datasets using basic SQL and supplement analyses with Excel or other appropriate tools when information is not available through existing reporting solutions.

Create compelling visualizations and presentation materials that communicate findings, trends, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Partner with product management and data engineering teams on user acceptance testing and the development or enhancement of analytics dashboards and data-as-a-service products.

Build and maintain strong knowledge of the organizationâs data model to ensure reports and analyses are accurate, timely, and relevant.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and customers to understand analytical needs, investigate complex questions, and translate findings into practical actions.

Support peer review and collaborative problem-solving to maintain the quality and consistency of team deliverables.

Participate in ongoing professional development focused on technical capabilities, analytics, visualization, and data storytelling.

Explore AI-enabled tools and emerging approaches that can improve the efficiency and quality of analytical workflows where appropriate.
Requirements

Bachelorâs degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

At least 1 year of full-time experience in healthcare-related analytics, reporting, software, consulting, or a comparable analytical environment.

Experience using SQL, R, or another programming or data-analysis language.

Strong ability to work with diverse data assets, investigate complex problems, and identify meaningful insights.

Excellent data visualization capabilities and familiarity with data visualization software.

Experience developing analyses and reports and creating presentation decks that communicate results effectively to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities, combined with creativity and attention to detail.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business or customer-facing narratives.

Familiarity with AI agents or AI-powered tools for improving data analysis, visualization, or operational workflows is preferred.

Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to peer review, shared problem-solving, and continuous team learning.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, customer-focused environment and manage analytical deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.

Target annual salary range of $70,000â$78,500 , with compensation determined based on skills, experience, competencies, and location.
