AP Accountant

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments to maintain strong vendor relationships and avoid penalties.

• Reconcile vendor statements with purchase orders and invoices, investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity.

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor communication.
