Job description

hiring Arabic-speaking Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle property sales and leasing inquiries.

  • Contact and follow up with leads, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

  • Conduct property viewings and presentations.

  • Build strong client relationships and generate new business.

  • Negotiate offers and close sales and leasing deals.

  • Promote properties through Bayut, Property Finder, and other real estate portals.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fluent Arabic speaker – required.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Real estate or sales experience is preferred.

  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE property market is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Confident, motivated, and target-driven.

  • UAE driving license is a plus.
