Job description
hiring Arabic-speaking Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities

Handle property sales and leasing inquiries.

Contact and follow up with leads, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Conduct property viewings and presentations.
-
Build strong client relationships and generate new business.

Negotiate offers and close sales and leasing deals.
-
Promote properties through Bayut, Property Finder, and other real estate portals.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
-
Fluent Arabic speaker – required.

Good English communication skills.

Real estate or sales experience is preferred.

Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE property market is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
-
Confident, motivated, and target-driven.
-
UAE driving license is a plus.
