Job Overview:

Balloon Nursery is looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Teachers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong understanding of how to engage and support young children in their early developmental years.

Job description:

• Provide a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating Arabic learning environment for children aged 0–4 years.

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate Arabic language activities in line with the early years curriculum (e.g., EYFS, Montessori, or equivalent) while integrating cultural awareness.

• Observe, assess, and document each child’s Arabic language development and overall progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.

• Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s Arabic learning milestones.

• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and well-organized with Arabic learning resources and materials.

• Work collaboratively with other educators to foster a positive and supportive nursery environment.

• Follow all nursery policies and procedures in compliance with the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) regulations.

• Support the implementation of innovative teaching strategies and Arabic enrichment activities introduced by the nursery leadership.

• Adhere to SPEA guidelines, safeguarding policies, and health & safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursery or early years educational setting

• Diploma, certificate, or course in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or a related field (mandatory)

• Must be eligible for SPEA approval as a nursery teacher

• Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management

• Fluent in Arabic & English

• Warm, caring, and professional attitude with a passion for early years education
