We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Asset Management & Operations Manager to oversee asset performance, resource allocation, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that company assets are properly maintained, efficiently utilized, and aligned with organizational goals while driving operational efficiency and cost optimization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize asset value and operational performance.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with company standards.

• Monitor asset utilization, maintenance schedules, and lifecycle performance.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and asset replacement activities.

• Manage operational budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.

• Identify opportunities to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for asset and operational performance.

• Maintain accurate asset registers, inventory records, and operational documentation.

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

• Collaborate with procurement, finance, facilities, and other departments to support business objectives.

• Evaluate operational risks and implement effective mitigation measures.

• Lead and support operations teams to achieve performance targets.

• Prepare regular reports on asset condition, maintenance costs, utilization, and operational results.

• Recommend process improvements and technology solutions to enhance asset management practices.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in asset management, operations, facilities management, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and operational procedures.

• Experience managing budgets, resources, vendors, and operational projects.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to evaluate operational data and make informed business decisions.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.

• Familiarity with asset management systems, inventory software, or enterprise management platforms is an advantage.
