Job Summary

NASCOM Facility Management Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Electrical Engineer to support electrical maintenance operations, supervise technical teams, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems at assigned facilities.

The successful candidate will have practical experience in both high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and team supervision. The candidate will also serve as a communication link between the company and the client, ensuring that maintenance activities are completed according to technical requirements, safety standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Electrical Engineer or Maintenance Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily electrical maintenance activities.

• Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

• Support inspection, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, subject to the required authorization and competency.

• Monitor and maintain electrical distribution panels, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, motors, generators, lighting systems, and other electrical equipment.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify electrical faults, potential hazards, and equipment performance issues.

• Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with approved procedures, safety regulations, and client requirements.

• Ensure the implementation of lockout/tagout (LOTO), permit-to-work procedures, and other electrical safety measures where applicable.

• Act as a communication bridge between the client, company management, and technical teams.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering maintenance activities, equipment conditions, pending work orders, and team performance.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, spare parts, and completed work orders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in facility management, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, or similar environments.

• Practical knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.

• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

• Good understanding of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, motors, and electrical control panels.

• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
