About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, highly organized, and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll execute and optimize integrated digital marketing programs to drive growth and visibility for Hamilton Beach Brands’ portfolio.

You’ll translate brand strategy into high-quality digital experiences that build awareness, engage target consumers, drive traffic, and support eCommerce and retail sales. Your work will include social media, creator and influencer marketing, email and CRM campaigns, content development, digital campaigns, and performance analytics.

This role requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of elevated brand storytelling, and the ability to independently manage multiple digital workstreams from planning through execution and reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with Public Relations, Product Marketing, Creative Services, eCommerce, Retail Marketing, Sales, agency partners, and external creators.

This is a hybrid position based in our Corporate Headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia, and reports to the Group Manager, Corporate and Consumer Communications.

Salary Range:$67,900.00 To $82,450.00 Annually

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, publish, and optimize social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and relevant emerging platforms.

  • Manage social content calendars, approvals, scheduling, community engagement, and day-to-day coordination while maintaining each brand's voice and visual identity.

  • Support creator and influencer programs, including discovery, vetting, outreach, product seeding, deliverables, approvals, contracts, usage rights, FTC compliance, and performance reporting.

  • Develop and execute email campaigns using Klaviyo or a similar CRM platform, including audience segmentation, creative coordination, testing, deployment, and reporting.

  • Coordinate integrated digital programs for product launches, seasonal campaigns, brand initiatives, eCommerce, and retailer programs across internal teams and external partners.

  • Monitor social, creator, email, website, and paid digital performance; maintain dashboards; and turn results into clear recommendations that improve engagement, traffic, conversion, and return on investment.

  • Organize digital assets and creator content, including product and SKU details, approved channels, campaign history, and usage-rights documentation.

  • Track consumer, platform, and content trends and recommend relevant opportunities for the brand portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, creator or influencer marketing, content marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Experience executing digital programs for consumer-facing brands and supporting creator or influencer campaigns.

  • Working knowledge of major social platforms, email or CRM tools, paid social, and digital campaign execution.

  • Experience using GA4 and platform analytics to translate performance data into insights and recommendations.

  • Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow work through completion.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, sound attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience

  • Digital marketing experience with lifestyle, home, culinary, beauty, or another design-driven consumer brand.

  • Experience managing creator contracts, content deliverables, and usage rights.

  • Experience with Klaviyo, Sprout Social, Tailwind, or comparable platforms.

  • Familiarity with eCommerce, retailer digital marketing, SEO, website optimization, or digital and creative agencies.
